On a data centre project, a delay in one work package quickly affects the entire schedule. We manage the package's schedule, interfaces, reporting and risks so that issues are resolved before they become claims.

Good contract management means timely notices, thorough records and well-founded valuation of changes. Disagreements are then resolved through negotiation instead of escalating into disputes.

We know FIDIC procedures from hands-on experience: which notices the time limits require, how changes are valued and how to keep the contractual relationship working throughout the project.

We act as the client's or the contractor's representative on the project. For an international client we bring local knowledge of Finnish construction practice and permitting. For contractors we bring project and contract management experience.
